Kinetik: census before exit
Six sprints of working software in private alpha and the leading candidate for first product revenue. It still goes through the register — censused and classified before production-exit work continues. Favorites don't skip the line.

QuantumFlow weekly briefs

Infrastructure truth pass
Close the storage-auth gap on the NAS gateway and re-sync the control-room registry against the latest migration handoffs. Known gaps get dates and owners — a register only referees when it matches reality.
