This page describes the intended privacy boundary for Money Coach. Do not use the beta for information you are not comfortable storing in the environment where you run it.

Delete Money Coach data

Information Money Coach may handle

Information you enter or import may include account contact information, budget entries, bills, income, transaction details, categories, notes, preferences, and files you choose to provide. Basic technical and support information may also be processed when needed to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the features you request, maintain security, respond to support or privacy requests, and improve reliability. Money Coach does not sell personal or sensitive user data.

Local and optional cloud data

Some beta features may store data on your device. If you enable an account or cloud feature, the information needed for that feature may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of Money Coach. Availability and behavior can change during beta.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested feature, address security or support needs, or meet legal obligations. Local data can be removed with the app’s reset controls. Cloud-data requests are handled through the deletion process.

Security and safe use

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no beta or networked service can promise perfect security. Do not send passwords, full account numbers, access tokens, or unrequested identity documents through support email or the public contact form.
